–  Offshore arbitration (IPR): Represented a Chinese photovoltaic company (Respondent) and a Danish company (Claimant) in an international arbitration of a technology transfer dispute before the DIS International Arbitration Institute in Germany (in English, with a satisfactory outcome)

Yingli Group of China in a long-term cooperation agreement dispute, appearing before the Hebei High Court and the Supreme People's Court in relation to the application of the internationally accepted "take-or-pay" clause, ultimately winning the case
